Why OMNILION exists
Accommodation depends on an ecosystem. The ecosystem should be easier to navigate.
Operators and accommodation providers rely on cleaning, linen, maintenance, suppliers, independent professionals and specialist relationships to keep properties and businesses moving.
OMNILION was built around a practical question: how can direct operational delivery become more dependable, while the wider network of businesses behind accommodation becomes easier to discover, connect and coordinate?

Emilia's experience began on the practical side of cleaning operations, workforce recruitment and capacity, and the coordination of service delivery. Working close to accommodation operations exposed a broader problem: the businesses and professionals that depend on one another were still finding suppliers, opportunities and working relationships through fragmented places, tools and personal networks.

Over approximately three years, Emilia researched, observed and developed the wider OMNILION concept around that question. Technical development began earlier, paused for a period, and was subsequently resumed and developed into the live OMNILION Business Network.
The result is one company working on both sides of the same problem: responsible direct delivery and better infrastructure for relevant business relationships and operations.
